We have been at the Panya Project for over a month thus far and have been super busy. It is amazing to see the transformation of the place here. Starting from the beginning, this is what we have been up to:
- Kelly concentrating, planting an ornamental garden
- Tanya (and others) cooking dinner
- This is the learning centre
- Tanya planting out the food forest
- A large spider
- Making Wine, passion fruit wine
- Tanya starting a fire
- Kelly making kimchi
- Baking sourdough buns, so tasty
- More wine making
- Trying to make a flat surface for the plant nursery
I don’t have pictures of it, but we have also put some wine into bottles in hope to get some sparkling wine out of the deal. Baking is also a big part of the fun here, lots of learning how to make good baked good from scratch ( no recipe or measuring cups) and with a wood fire oven. We have also started to redesign the main communal space here, but I will do a post on that later. It is crazy how busy we have been. We are learning a ton and have a great time.

ooh those pictures make me miss panya!!
Some things never change Kelly, 11 pictures in an update and have 2 of them involve wine! I’m just surprised they don’t involve you consuming the wine. Nice photos, talk tou you when your back on this side of the pacific.
Due to CRTC, I can’t show pictures of me consuming alcohol on the post…
